What is The Upgrade?
I mean honestly…

How many healers/practitioners/shamans etc are you going to see before you realize you are your OWN healer!!

This is why I love facilitating the Upgrades, because it UNLOCKS your natural healing capabilities for your body to return to it’s natural state of balance and wellbeing. 

So what’s an upgrade?

The Upgrades are a gentle, and transformative quantum healing energy that meets you exactly where you are, to uplift, awaken and assist you in embodying your highest self. 

I send distant energy healing to the collective group where I am able to remove density and stagnant energy that may be blocking you from living your most authentic and aligned self.

Instead of going down a deep deep rabbit hole of ‘what if’s’ ‘what if my trauma is related because of this or that ‘or maybe if I sit in ceremonies 100 times I will finally be able to unlock my potential’ 

NO! 

That is so old school, and truly, I don’t believe the inner work should be difficult. 

I mean the spiritual game can be EXHAUSTING.. but what if I told you, you don’t HAVE to try and figure out why you are feeling this way.. What IF there was a way to just FEEEEEL into your natural state of being?

How Does The Upgrade Work?
  • Jena facilitates the upgrade (i.e energy healing)

 WEEK 1 -INCREASING SELF-CONFIDENCE / SELF WORTH 

it’s time to let go of all those programs that are telling you, you are not good enough, you ‘can’t’ or you are unworthy of living out the life of your DREAMS! This week will unlock this inner knowing and anchor you into a more empowered state - leaving your feeling more confident in who you are!

 WEEK 2: EMBODYING AUTHENTICITY

This week we will be focusing on what it means to be authentic - how to feel comfortable in our self expression, and showing up fully as who we are. By embodying more of our authentic self - we release our self-judgments and criticism and learn to really LOVE ourselves for who we are.

 WEEK 3: BOUNDARIES

In order for us to be more in our personal power, we have to learn how to manage our energy. Sometimes it can get hard to say no, or have those difficult conversations with those we love. However, boundaries are crucial in maintaining our personal power - this week will give you the tools and confidence in how to maintain boundaries for our best and highest good.

 WEEK 4: SELF-LOVE

There is no personal power without self-love. We must fall in love with ourselves in order to really embody true empowerment. This final week is the cherry on top - bringing us back into a state of wholeness and love for ourselves, so we can be that source of love and light for the world around us.

Who Is Jena Sophia...

After struggling for over a decade with Endometriosis, PCOS, Anxiety, and Depression, Jena has spent the last 13 years traveling around the world, cultivating the tools to transform herself back to optimal health. Her doctors said that she would have to remove her uterus in hopes of surviving her illnesses without medication. Jena took her life into her own hands and discovered that there are many paths to healing and creating our desired reality without medicine.
 
After transforming all of her conditions and reaching optimal health after she was told that it wasn't possible, Jena has since made it her mission to help others transform their lives with the knowledge she gained in her own transformation so that they can experience the life they deserve. 

Jena has since facilitated profound breakthroughs with hundreds of people who desire to overcome traumas, stress or limiting beliefs (in as little as 1 session). By using a combination of tools, she uses her methodology to accelerate and rapidly transform the change process for those she works with.
 
She has previously studied at Columbia University and SOAS University of London and also taught energy healing classes, facilitated Reiki Attunements, and stress management classes for hundreds of students.
